Was originally with Safelite, but they changed my appointment without my confirmation. Tried to call and fix it, but Safelite only had a robot answering calls. I then called Magic to see a competitive price and they were amazing. I instantly was on the phone with Pete, a real person, and he knew exactly my situation and how to help. They constantly perform well and arrive when expected. Replace the broken windshield perfectly. Before departing, they even clean and vacuum the car.

I got a ticket recently for a cracked windshield and needed it repaired before court. I was calling around for the best quote in the late evening and most companies said they couldn't give one till the next day. I got a hold of Derrick from magic windshield and he not only matched the lowest quote but lowered it 20 more bucks and offered to fix it the next morning.

I wasn't available but scheduled it the following day. They gave me a 7 to 12 time frame showed up at 8 am and done by 8:30. I was very pleased with the price and prompt service and would highly recommend magic windshield

This company is AMAZING. Not only is their quality of work top-notch, but they literally do everything for you. I didn't even have to deal with the insurance company at all. My insurance company didn't want to cover the charges due to a technicality and Magic Windshields took the burden off of me and dealt with them completely so I didn't have to.

Not only did they get my insurer to cover 100% of the cost, they also came all the way to my office to have it done while I was working! Easy-peasy! I will absolutely use/recommend them again!

Wow, this process could not have been any easier. Had a crack in the windshield that was starting to spread. Called magic windshield based on a recommendation from a friend, and could not have been happier. They were super friendly, responsive, and quick to come out. It was about a 30 min wait after my call and Brendan (the owner) was able to make it out to my apartment and do the repairs right in the parking lot. Brendan was super informative in each step of the process and was a legit down to earth guy.

Price was also way less than I expected, especially with some of the discounts he had going. It's been about a week and since and everything is great with the windshield. All in all, a super painless and fast process. Would not hesitate to call again for any issues with my windshield.

Magic has serviced our vehicles 3 times and it's been a great experience. 2 rock chips and a windshield replacement. They are super professional, do great work, and have a stellar warranty. Brendan the owner is great and unlike some of the other glass shops in the valley, he doesn't push you into repairs you don't need. And when you do, he uses OEM equivalent glass, not the cheap stuff that lasts a week on Arizona's rocky roads. Five stars!
