No, we require a valid credit card to secure a reservation, but we do not bill you until the day of your arrival. No, the vehicle will be available for you to pick up at a designated area at the Lihue Airport. Our Cars are not brand new and blend in with the locals on Kauai and be less of a target for theft at beaches and hiking trails.
